Odd Duck

"He came into the very world he created, but the world didn’t recognize him. He came to his own people, and even they rejected him. But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God. They are reborn—not with a physical birth resulting from human passion or plan, but a birth that comes from God.So the Word became human and made his home among us. He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness. And we have seen his glory, the glory of the Father’s one and only Son." John 1:10-14

Are you an odd duck? Jesus was the Perfect Example of an odd duck.

He was God and man. In the same body. How odd is that?

He came into the world he created. Huh?

The very world He created didn't recognize Him.

His own people rejected him.

Ever felt rejected by everyone, even your own family? You are not alone.

Instead of walking around in the shame of being an odd duck, just know that you are in Good Company.

Jesus was part of the Master Plan. His own Master Plan.

You are part of the Plan as well.

Walk into your Plan. The Plan that God has created just for you.

He wants to use you, an odd duck, to lead others into healing and wholeness.

"The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance [to the full, till it overflows]." John 10:10 AMP

As you live life in abundance, your life will overflow to everyone you meet.

Enjoy your "odd duck" label. You are a part of God's Plan.

"Dear Jesus, Thank You that I'm a bit odd. I don't quite fit in. People look at me a little strangely at times. Please use me in Your Master Plan. I want to overflow to everyone around me. In Jesus' name I pray and thanks ahead of time. AMEN."
